The company’s financial performance results for 2014 have been completed and Adapt2 is pleased to announce yet another record year in growth across the board. Revenue increased 35% from 2013, and more importantly EBITDA was up 38%. The Adapt2 ISO product line added 5 new licensed clients, and significantly increased total maintenance strength 45% from the previous year. Adapt2’s financial results are attributed to the dedication to providing the best in class front to back ISO/RTO Solution serving all North American markets. “We would like to thank our channel partners such as Allegro, Structure, and MRE that contributed to a mutually successful 2014. These partners have invested time and resources to working with Adapt2 ISO and improving value to our customer base. The more value provided to our clients, the more references we have. Adapt2 does not have a sales organization, so it is critical for us to work with clients and partners to fuel growth. Adapt2 had several anchor generation clients join in 2014, many of the top 5 in total capacity. It is important for the Adapt2 ISO product suite to serve several industry sectors in the deregulated power markets, and these top tier generators joining our customer base is a testimony to our design. The Adapt2 Product team will introduce several new modules and features in 2015. The foundation of Adapt2 will also allow expansion into international markets such as CENACE and NEMS. While Adapt2 experiences tremendous growth, we will continue to focus on our core values that originate from 2008: creativity, design, and delivery.”, says Francisco Diaz, President and CEO of Adapt2 Solutions, Inc.
Adapt2 Solutions maintains aggressive growth goals for 2015 and beyond. The management team is focused on maximizing the investment in growth activities for the benefit of the market place and existing clients.
Adapt2 will host their 2015 User Conference on May 14th and 15th at Hyatt Lost Pines, where the product team will unveil version 4.0 along with new design concepts.
