To prepare for member testing of the Markets System 1.21 Release, SPP will soon be applying MOS 1.21 release updates to the Markets system in their MTE environment on Tuesday, May 16th. This will require a brief outage of the market system in MTE while the updates are applied. Markets Release 1.21 contains member impacting and member facing changes, so testing will be required of all market participants.
