The ISO-NE monthly bill will be made available on the first Monday after the ninth of the month instead of the tenth of the month. This will allow for bill dates to be earlier for one or two months a year and reduce risk. Customers will see this take effect August 10th.

Customers with eligible CIP-IROL assets will have the ability to file with FERC to recover costs. Once the filing is approved, the ISO will bill out over 12 months, which will be charged to transmission customers. This will be visible under OATT-Schedule 17.

While there is not an expected technical change to Adapt2 ISO, our Accelerated Services team will be adjusting its processes for data checks to align with the new ISO-NE timelines.
