- 24 HOURS added to ClassDefType to match what is being passed in the DML for Contingency and Outage downloads
- Allow for duplicate toBus elements for binding contraints with multiple contingencies
XML Changes
- Public Base Loading TCRS with the use “”Long-Term Allocation”” in the Origin element
- Private Allocation Summary download will poin to the correct XSD
